Wed 4/19th

we worked on our midterms to showcase our work throughout the semesters I thought it was kind of cool to do it that way so that whenever I want to show what I did in the class for digital media it would be easier to show it that way and why I created those art pieces.

Post #3 AI ART Part 2

Working more into the AI bot I started liking it a lot more.  I liked coming up with new sentences and seeing what it would come out with.  Now I still don't think it's really "creative" in a sense that I created it but it's still a really neat thing to work with.  I did a couple more descriptions and this is what I got: "women with long brown hair and purple eyes. She wears a Jingasa, a mask and has a neon tattoo on her back. She’s standing in a cyberpunk city" "elephant swimming in the ocean in Pandora" "a natural land with mountains in the background with trees purple and blue colors with bubbles floating around in a fantasy world" I did really like what it came out with on all the photos but the only thing missing in the first one that it didnt put w as the Jingasa and the tattoo on her back.

Post #2 AI ART Part 1

Day one of learning AI Art was very interesting.  I didn't really understand why people called it art.  You are taking other peoples are and turning it into your own.  Also, I don't really see the point on calling it your work when all you do is tell it what you want it to be. Don't get me wrong it's really cool to use and see how the AI works and how/where it gets these images.  The first sentence I put was " women with long brown hair, blue eyes and freckles. a ranger warrior traveling into a cyberpunk fantasy forest world." It kinda created what I wanted but probably because of the wording I used it didnt look exactly how I wanted it to look.

Post #1 As We May Think

This article really has a lot of great information it shows that science is a main part in this world.  It has helped shape mankind to the way it is now and continuing to change and grow each and every day.  I love the way they describe the change and explaining what each one does.  Like photocells, photography, thermionic tubes, cathode ray tubes, and relay combination.  Most I have never heard the name of till now but reading and understanding what each one does, gives me a way better understanding.  Without the science of inventing new things every day we would not have the knowledge we have today.  It is really interesting to picture on how the world would be like without it.
